Trainers, Coaches and Consultants for the Laurie Beth Jones Team are licensed, trained and certified in The Path Programs.  Members of this team bring a depth of experience, talent and giftedness to the individuals and teams they serve throughout the United States.  Each member of this team not only serves Laurie Beth Jones, Inc as trainers but many of them run successful companies, lead churches, and serve their communities.  The expansion and integration of this team into the marketplace continues to move forward.  A new platform to connect and serve national trainers and licensed members will be the key to the impact of the Path Family of products.

Working with teams and HR directors inside organizations provides our trainers and coaches with opportunities to bring The Path, The Four Elements of Success, The Path Elements Profile and Path Coaching to team and leadership development.  The Path Development tools provide a broad skill set for honing the natural skills of team members while building strong relational teams that are balanced and respect change and diversity.

Our current team continues to train and provide opportunities to unleash the power behind The Path Development tools.  The Path Coach Training Program continues to release Path coaches who are impacting lives.
