The Path Community
Over the past ten years we have been teaching people The Path process through workshops and events. Adults became interested in the process by reading my book, The Path: Creating your mission for work and life, and wanted to learn more about this process. We started hosting workshops in 1998 and have not stopped since. They not only got clear about their personal mission in life but then started bringing their friends. Soon we had adults that wanted their children and teens to experience The Path. This is how the Path4Teens and Path4Kids was born. Over five thousand teens have experienced ThePath4Teens since 2003. One of our National Path4Teens Trainers, Shannell McMillan is on target to create a ‘tribe’ and movement that sweeps the nation so that teens everywhere can find their purpose in life.
This is how this community has grown. There are hundreds of people that have experienced The Path with us or with one of our Path Community Members. A Path Community Member is someone that determined their path aligned with the message and methods of The Path. They became clear very quickly that they wanted to get licensed in The Path programs and begin teaching these programs to those in their sphere of influence. Since 2005 there have been about 145 adults that have helped to shape this Path Community. They are currently positioned all over the United States and some International Countries. They meet with people each day as part of their own companies to lead, guide and coach others into greater fulfillment and understanding of their personal path, their personal elements and their personal calling.
These are their stories. Meet the Path Community of Trainers, Coaches and Consultants.

There are not enough ways to say “Thank you” to Laurie Beth and the wonderful way she inspires. I attended Path Facilitators training in San Diego in 1995. I can say without a doubt that it one of the highlights of my life, and a key spiritual milestone. Once you know your mission, it never leaves you. The word “calling” is so very appropriate, because a true passion begs to be answered.
I live in Asia now (Malaysia), and the rest of the world hungers for knowledge and resources like you Laurie. Thank you for continuing to model good coaching and writing for the rest of us.
God bless,

I went through the Path workshop with Ann Starrette in NC in 2001. I consider it to be a life defining moment. Not only did it start a wonderful friendship with a great lady, but it allowed me the opportunity to bring other wonderful people in my life that I would never have met. Being on “MY PATH” is a wonderful journey with many twists and turns. Life is great as I continue to grow with the offerings and lessons from Laurie Beth Jones. I am a trained Path Element Profile facilitator and LOVE this information. It excites me to share my knowledge of the PEP with others, especially in the corporate world of leaders. Come join me and find your Path and element in your world.

Tonight I attend the Path Community call that was hosted by Laurie Beth Jones and Shelly Buckner. It gave me the sense of community that I believe will help me to move forward in a greater understand of The Path and how to share that with people and how to help those people share The Path experience with others. I am looking forward to the next call and my for knowledge to increase with the calls. Thank you Laurie Beth and Shelly for your time and for sharing your wisdom and to Kim for your insight as well.
My mission is to encourage, inspire and renew integrity and love in myself and others!
